This is a bunch of petitions; one filed by the College (CWP No.26455 of 2018) and the others filed by the petitioners-students who had been admitted in the Course of B.Pharmacy under the respondentCollege. 2.

The question left is as regards the issue of degree in respect of the students who have completed 4 year Course of B. Pharmacy in different spells i.e. 2010-2014, 2011-2015, 2012-2016, 2013-2017, 20142018. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that students and institution are satisfied if their petitions are treated as representations and the same be placed before the Pharmacy Council of India for grant of approval for the sessions 2010-2014, 2011-2015, 2012-2016, 2013-2017, 2014-2018.

Learned counsel for the Pharmacy Council of India has no objection if direction is passed as requested by the learned counsel for the students and institution with the assurance that the representations so made shall be considered in its right perspective and in accordance with law, in terms of contents of para 21 of reply dated 17.05.2025 of Pharmacy Council of India.

Connected petitions -35. Accordingly, all these petitions are disposed of with the direction that the petitioner-students, if prefer their respective petitions before the Pharmacy Council of India within 30 days alongwith copy of this order, the same shall be treated as a representation for the purpose of considering their case for regularisation of their admissions granted to them in various academic sessions starting from 2010-2014. 6.

Let a considered decision be taken by passing a speaking order and communicating the same to the petitioners by the Pharmacy Council of India, within 30 days of submission of representations. 7.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
