As per reply, salary of the petitioner in the scale of `13500-17250 has been fixed and arrear of pay and leave encashment has also been released . The revised pension case of the petitioner has been sent to Principal, Accountant General, Haryana and remaining consequential benefits will be released to the petitioner within eight weeks. In view of plea taken in the reply, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to do the needful at the earliest failing which the petitioner will be entitled to seek revival of this petition or avail the other legal remedy and also to file fresh petition, if so required. Rule discharged.
