(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the impugned notice dated 30.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the said respondent is fraudulently trying to act as Secretary General of the petitioner federation.

After arguing at some length, learned assisting counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
