The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.54 dated 20.01.2022 under Sections 302, 34 IPC, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (subsequently Sections 120B, 473, 201/34 IPC, 1860 were added) registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala, District Ambala. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
