Prayer made in the present petition is for transferring the investigation of FIR No.133 dated 26.08.2025, under Sections 108 BNS at P.S. Pasyana, District Patiala.

Learned counsel submits that te petitioner is not expecting fairness at the hands of respondent No.4 as he has been pressurised to settle the matter. In this regard, a representation, Annexure P-4 has also been submitted. He on instructions states that the petitioner would be satisifed, if a time bound direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
