(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has handed over copy of order dated 01.03.2019, whereby petitioner has been ordered to be adjusted in Nahar Block, which the petitioner intends to join, in such circumstances, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
