RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Bharat Bhushan, DSP, Kurukshetra, filed in Court today, is taken on record. Through instant petition under Section 439 read with Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Shailender Singh - in a case arising from FIR No.134 dated 03.05.2019 registered under Sections 364-A, 387 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (initially registered under Section 365 IPC) at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra.
According to the prosecution, petitioner was arrested on 07.05.2019 and final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. against the petitioner was filed on 01.08.2019 i.e. within 90 days. Stand of the petitioner is that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. submitted in Court was incomplete.
