Learned State counsel points out that in compliance of the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner stands reinstated subject to final decision of the departmental proceedings. He submits that qua the release of arrears of the suspension period, the petitioner has to file a fresh representation to the Department.


In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to respondent No.2 for release of his arrears for the suspension period and on his doing so, respondent No.2-Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, is directed to decide the same %
