**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 22.09.2025, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for setting aside the order dated 08.10.2024 (Annexure P6) passed by the ACJ (SD)-cum-SDJM, Samalkha, whereby the non-bailable warrants have been issued to the petitioner in case FIR No.551 dated 14.06.2023 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of the registration of another FIR, the petitioner was unable to appear before the concerned Court in the present FIR on 02.05.2024 because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again.

Notice of motion for 06.11.2025.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.50,000/- as costs with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Disaster Relief Fund, Account No.44426937384, IFSC Code: SBIN0014656 SBI, Sector 68, SAS Nagar and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court."

In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim bail vide order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the Additional Civil Judge KUSUM 2025.11.07 09:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh
