SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.216 dated 18.12.2023 under Sections 21(b), 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 29 NDPS Act, 1985 added later on registered at P.S Kamboj, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
