Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a comprehensive representation regarding the claim raised herein.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case such a representation is filed, the same will be decided within a period of three months from the date it is received. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
