Learned State counsel has filed the reply and the same is taken on record.

Present petition has been filed for granting agriculture parole for six weeks.

The averment in the reply is that petitioner is involved in multiple FIRs. He had earlier moved application for grant of furlough for three weeks, which was granted to him from 27.12.2019 to 18.01.2020. Considering the above facts, no case for releasing the petitioner on parole is made out.
