This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ, order or directions not to harass the petitioners under the garb of FIR No.63 dated 31.07.2019 registered under Sections 22 and 25 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Block Majri, District SAS Nagar. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that out of a total 18 prosecution witnesses, 17 stand examined.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
