(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that this petition has become infructuous because it was filed by the petitioner for seeking mandamus to the respondent to issue him admit card/roll number to appear in the preliminary examination of HCS Judicial which was held on 22.12.2018. The petitioner was permitted by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2018 to appear provisionally.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the result of the preliminary examination of HCS (Judicial) has been declared but the petitioner has remained unsuccessful.

Thus in view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
