The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 7.9.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366A IPC at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural.

By an order dated 18.12.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and daughter of the complainant have solemnized marriage and vide order dated 10.09.2019 have been granted protection by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the State on instructions from SI Sukhwant Singh does not dispute the factum of marriage solemnized between the petitioner and daughter of the complainant and submits that PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.03.16 11:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
