H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has not yet received the demand draft in the sum of Rs.35,000/-. However, he would do so in ordinary course and he does not oppose the request for transfer of the case.

Accordingly the application is accepted. The petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as 'Monika vs. Akash Kapil', pending in the Court of District Judge (Family Court), SBS Nagar, is withdrawn from that Court and transferred to the Court of District Judge, Chandigarh, for disposal in accordance with law.
