The present petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated 10.12.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Barnala whereby he suo moto ordered the bone ossification test of the prosecutrix/victim.

Learned State counsel states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted vide judgment dated 13.02.2020 passed by the Sessions Judge, Barnala.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
