Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondentsdepartment had not paid the salary of the petitioner for the last two months despite the fact that the petitioner is working with the respondentsdepartment on the post of Water-Pump Operator. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is no impediment in the release of the salary of the petitioner, hence respondents are under obligation to release the salary to the petitioner forthwith so that the petitioner does not suffer any further prejudice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 24.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and RIYA 2023.12.02 12:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-26866-2023 (O&M) -22023:PHHC: 152782 submits that in case, the representation dated 24.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of six weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to him within a further period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
