Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition and would be satisfied at this stage if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri to decide the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 42 of the East Punjab Holding (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948 in a time bound manner.
