(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 06.08.2024, 14.08.2024, 20.08.2024 and 09.10.2024 (Annexures P-6, P-9, P-10 and P-15 respectively). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned Officer/Authority for deciding the Revision Petition bearing ROR No. 302 of 2024 filed by the present petitioners in a time bound HIMANI GUPTA 2024.11.11 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

CWP-30020-2024 (O&M) -2manner, which is stated to be pending before the learned Financial Commissioner for 12.11.2024.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondent-State. 4.

Learned State counsel as well as learned senior counsel representing respondent No.5 do not raise any serious objection regarding the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, however, they submit that all the co-sharers in the land in question have not been implemented as party in the present petition and also that there is one more Revision Petition (ROR) which is pending before the learned Financial Commissioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of learned counsels for the respective parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Financial Commissioner to consider and decide the Revision Petition bearing ROR No. 302 of 2024 filed by the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date when all the parties put in appearance before him.

5.1 It goes without saying that the respondents herein would be entitled to take all legal pleas admissible to them, before the learned Financial Commissioner.

The present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
