As per reply, speaking order has been passed in compliance of order dated 10.09.2019 passed in CWP No. 25202 of 2019, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure R-1, as such, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the speaking order has not been passed within time period allowed to the petitioner, as such, they be directed to pay costs of `25,000/-. The speaking order was passed on 20.12.2019, after the petitioner issued notice dated 16.09.2019 seeking compliance of order dated 10.09.2019. COCP-4237-2019 Keeping in view the fact that speaking order has been passed, I find no reason to issue direction to the respondent to pay the costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail other legal remedies available to him in this regard.
