(i) a specific secret information had been received qua the involvement of the petitioner in drug trafficking; (ii) a huge recovery of 3 kilograms of opium and 1 quintal, 15 kilograms of poppy husk was effected, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
