After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his cause would be served if the learned Civil Court, with which his application under Order 9 Rule 13 of CPC is pending, is directed to dispose of his stay application within a period of 15 days. 2.
The applications for staying the execution of the decrees are required to be disposed of expeditiously. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with directions to the learned Civil Court to dispose of the application for stay of execution of decree from the date fixed by the Civil Court on application to be moved by the petitioner for pre-poning the proceedings.
