In the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 14.06.2023 whereby the claim of the petitioners for fixation of their pay in pay-band of Rs.10300-34800 along with relevant grade pay as prescribed by the 5th/6th Pay Commission was rejected. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent has produced on record photocopy of report of the Committee which was formed vide resolution No.(iv) dated 07.04.2025, which is taken on record. A copy of the same has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the claim made by the petitioner in the writ petition has been accepted on the basis of abovesaid report of the Committee.
