Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner as per Policy/memo dated 11.11.2003, Annexure P-2, with effect from 01.04.2011 instead of 25.02.2020, alongwith all consequential benefits. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide her pending legal notice dated 14.10.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending legal notice dated 14.10.2024, will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously. 5.
