*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 06.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram.

Today despite the second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
