(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuing directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No. 5. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the contents of the petition, the petitioner has already filed a suit for permanent injunction against respondent No. 5 and status quo has been granted in the said case by the Civil Court. There is no medical record showing that any injury has ever been inflicted by respondent No. 5 on the person of the petitioner or her family members. There is no merit in the present petition and is hereby dismissed.
