(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of additional ten per cent of the basic pay with dearness allowance as per amendment dated 13.04.2022 in the Teachers Transfer Policy (TTP), Annexure P-4, and TTP dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-5, since they have been posted in District Nuh (Mewat). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending legal notices issued on behalf of each of the petitioners, dated 29.08.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period. 3.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending legal notices shall be decided by respondent No.3 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Director General, Department of Secondary Education, to consider and decide the pending legal notices issued on behalf of each of the petitioners, dated 29.08.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. In case the petitioners are found entitled to the benefits claimed, the same shall be released to them within a period of six weeks therefrom.

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹50,000 to the petitioners.
