The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of FIR No. 413 dated 07.10.2022 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to file a fresh petition after the petitioner has returned from abroad where he has gone after obtaining permission from this Court.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
