Gurdaspur. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 24.07.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 307, 452, 342,148, 149, 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short-IPC) read with Section 25 of arms Act, 1959 and Sections 324, 325, 506, 201 IPC added later on, at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur. Status report/affidavits of Inspector Jabarjit Singh and DSP Rajesh Kakkar filed, which are taken on record. ASI Paras Ram, who is present in Court, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

In view of submission of ASI Paras Ram, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and SACHIN MEHTA 2019.08.14 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M-54999-2018 -2order dated 14.12.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
