 - %. )/ The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.06.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.1.

The case pertains to the year 2018. There had been repeated requests for adjournment on behalf of the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two successive dates. Even today, the case has been called twice but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his case. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
