(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.21 dated 14.04.2013 registered under Sections 379, 411, 382, 384, 392 IPC and Sections 15, 18 and 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Satnampura, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daya Chand, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of preparation of cancellation report, which would be presented in Court within four weeks from today.
