Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus and directing the respondents No. 2 and 3 to recover and produce detenue - Sandhya, who has been illegally abducted by the private respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the minor detenue has already been recovered and thus the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3.

Disposed of as such.
