Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.206, dated 21.08.2025, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Vide orders dated 23.09.2025 and 15.10.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that dispute between the parties had been amicably settled by way of two compromise deeds dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) and 06.10.2025 (Annexure P-4). 3.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, raising all pleas available to the petitioner, including the plea of compromise, if any, allegedly executed earlier in time between the parties, and by impleading all necessary parties/victim(s). 5.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
