The present revision petition pertains to the year 2024 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. On 29.01.2025 the following order was passed : 'None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today despite the matter being called twice since morning. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 03.07.2025'.

Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
