The prayer made in these applications filed on behalf of the respondents is for preponment of hearing and for disposal of the revision petition.

Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner and states that he has no objection if the applications are allowed. With the consent of both the counsel, the main case is taken on board today itself.

CR-8137-2019 -2CR-8137-2019:

On 22.01.2022 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in case the application for additional evidence is allowed by this Court, the petitioner-plaintiff would not want to lead any further evidence to prove the sale deed. Notice of motion for 30.03.2020.

In the meantime, passing of final order shall remain stayed."

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that he has no objection if the present revision petition is allowed. However, he states that the plaintiff-petitioner be bound down by his statement that he would not lead any further evidence to prove the sale deed. Mr. Parminder Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall not lead any further evidence to prove the sale deed. In view of the above and in view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, the present revision is allowed and the order dated 26.11.2019 is set aside. The plaintiff-petitioner shall tender the certified copy of the sale deed. Since the suit pertains to the year 2015, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing.
