******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his submission only for direction to protect life and liberty of the petitioner submitting that private respondents are posing threat to her life and liberty because of registration of FIR No. 301 dated 02.11.2019 against them at Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana. He submits that petitioner is living with her mother. The private respondents not only pass taunts whenever she goes to her work place but also create trouble for her mother as well. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent before respondent No. 2 about the difficulty being faced by her. On her representation, respondent No. 2 will verify the same and take appropriate action, as required under law.
