Thereafter, on 07.08.2019, the following order was passed: - "Bar members are abstaining from work today.
As none appears on behalf of the parties, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 17.09.2019."
Till today, no process fee has been filed by the counsel for the petitioners and therefore notice could not be issued to the respondents. Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It can safely be presumed that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present writ petition any further. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
