The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.04.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-6819-2023, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to conduct a fresh Punjabi language examination based on knowledge of Punjabi alone.
