(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 63 dated 31.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 376(3), 120-B IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act at Police Station Women Kaithal, District Kaithal. Custody certificate dated 20.11.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone custody period of 1 year, 3 months and 19 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
