Petitioner, claims to be proprietor of Village Mushedpur, Block and Tehsil Farrukh Nagar, District Gurugram and a shareholder of Shamlat land as per his share comprised in Khewat No.184, 220 and 224. It is his grievance that the Mutation No.641 dated 24.1.2006 in favour of petitioner regarding said land has been cancelled vide order dated 8.2.2006 without any notice/intimation to him, which act of the Revenue authorities is being dubbed by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, fraud and that of mis-appropriation. Complaints made by petitioner and other persons to the authorities concerned did not yield any result hence the present petition to direct the authorities to take action on his complaints.
