**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Udey Singh states that 6 out of 8 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter is now listed for examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses on 25.05.2019. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition and further prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. However, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
