Mr. Swapan Shorey, DAG, Punjab - HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the charge sheet dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-9) which has been issued contrary to the Rules governing the service has not been challenged. Hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. However, liberty be given to file afresh petition challenging the charge sheet issued against the petitioner alongwith other grounds mentioned in the present petition.
