The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-20344-2024, whereby specific order was required to be passed by the respondents.

In compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-20344-2024, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 11.12.2025 of Vinay Pratap Singh, IAS, Excise and Taxation Commissioner of Haryana, along with Annexures R-1 and R-2 as well as speaking order dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure R-3), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. In view of the above, since order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-20344-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure R-3) passed by the Deputy Excise & Taxation Commissioner (ST), Sirsa.
