view the specific submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of as being not pressed at this stage. However, keeping in view the fact that petitioner is a lady in custody since 03.09.2023, it is desired from the learned trial Court to dispose of the trial in an expeditious manner by giving short adjournments. Since the witnesses as cited by the prosecution are police officials, SSP Jalandhar is also directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses as cited by the prosecution before the learned trial Court on the stipulated date in pursuance to the summons issued by the learned trial Court.
