Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of the impugned order dated 29.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, in case bearing FIR No.175, dated 01.11.2017, registered under Sections 384, 379B, 148,149, 120-B of IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 wherein offence under Sections 382, 109 and 115 of IPC were added later on, vide which, accused-petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to noting of wrong date i.e. 16.04.2025 instead of 16.01.2025, he could not appear before the trial Court and he was declared as proclaimed person. Now, the petitioner is ready to surrender himself before the learned trial Court and prays that the petitioner be not arrested by the police.

Petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the learned trial Court within 2 weeks i.e. up to 27.11.2025 and to move an appropriate application by raising all the pleas taken in this petition, before the trial Court regarding his non-appearance. The trial Court is directed to decide his bail application in accordance with law. Till then, he will not be arrested by the police in this matter. It is made clear that if he fails to appear before the trial Court within stipulated time then the relief granted by this Court shall be deemed to be withdrawn.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
