This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 22.08.2024 passed in CWP-20315-2024. 2.

Vide order dated 22.08.2024 the writ petition being CWP-203152024 was disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the legal notice dated 30.04.2024 by passing a speaking order. 3.

Today a short reply by way of affidavit of Sangram Singh Sandhu, PCS-I, Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Patiala has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. As per the reply, speaking order dated 04.11.2024 has already been passed and copy thereof has also been appended with the reply.

In view of the short reply and the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
