This is the second petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of him being granted the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.88 dated 05.04.2024, under Sections 399/402 of the IPC, and, Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Sahnewal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. 2.

Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-40892-2024, wherein, he had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed by this Court, vide detailed order dated 15.10.2024. The principal reason embodied in this dismissal order was that, despite the petitioner becoming afforded several opportunities to join the investigation, yet he opted not to do so, rather chose to flout the directions of this Court.

Therefore, now when neither there is any change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed being non maintainable.
