(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties agree that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the disputes between the petitioner and the respondents have been resolved amicably by entering into a settlement/compromise, a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure C-1.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, having not been pressed any further keeping in view the settlement/compromise entered into between the parties. Pending application(s), if any, is rendered infructuous, in view of the order passed hereinbefore.
It is made clear that the respective parties will adhere to the terms of the said settlement/compromise in its letter and spirit without any fail and in case of the failure by any party, the aggrieved party will be free to avail the appropriate remedy for the redressal of the grievance.
