**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 177 dated 30.8.2019 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga. Custody certificate dated 19.12.2019 by way of affidavit of Gurjeet Singh Brar, Deputy Superintendent, Central Prison Faridkot has been filed which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner Joti was the pillion rider whereas the intoxicant substance was recovered from a bag tied with the handle of the motorcycle. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.8.2019.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, submits that FSL report has been received and challan is yet to be presented.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
